The most effective way to market your product is not to focus on features and benefits, but to let potential buyers feel the experience!  This was our goal with the Lennar community videos.

Our Client

Lennar is the country’s largest home builder.   The company focuses on quality homes with turn key solutions for all customers and all budgets. 

The Project

Lennar has a large footprint in the expansion of residential construction in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas of the Triangle. For a home builder, it is important to be able to “sell” homes while they are being built. The challenge is that at times there isn’t much to show until these homes and amenities complete construction. For this reason, Lennar approached us to create a series of community videos that would showcase the potential and beauty of their communities’ locations, amenities in the surrounding areas (such as schools, hospitals, shopping and dining venues) as well as the home layouts and floor plans.

Fortunately, we already had some previously recorded drone footage of the community site and surrounding areas, along with some beautiful lifestyle b-roll we filmed for another Lennar project. Since we would not be capturing any new footage for the video, the rest would need to be constructed in editing. Enter… professional stock footage!

Stock footage can be a fantastic resource when used properly. We knew we needed more clips that would give a compelling glimpse into the type of lifestyle potential homebuyers could enjoy. Since these clips were all captured at different times with different equipment, the challenge would be matching the colors and lighting temperature for each shot so that they would blend seamlessly with all the other footage. Combine this with dynamic graphics, music and sound effects, and you’ve got a video worth watching!
