Lennar is our country’s largest home builder while the Triangle area is one of our country’s fastest growing regions. Not surprisingly, Lennar is leading the explosive growth of Raleigh/Durham with innovative, affordable home concepts and neighborhoods that fit every need and budget.
Lennar (Triangle), working with The Able Marketing Agency out of Morrisville, NC, was about to launch an exciting campaign to support their various community developments throughout the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area. We were approached by The Able Agency creative team to help develop and execute a video campaign for their “Everything Included” theme. The video campaign would feature various home models and the easy to buy process that Lennar offers, which includes many features that other builders charge extra.
Weeks of brainstorming meetings, storyboard development and location scouting took place, followed by hiring of a diverse group of talented local actors. We filmed for three full days in one of Lennar’s communities in Cary, NC and then moved to the post production (editing) phase. From this shoot we were able to create two 30 and 15 second version spots of the “Everything Included” campaign as well as a new 15 second “Simply Summer”. All of these videos will be used as “pre roll” (primarily on Youtube) and geo-target customers on other social media platforms.
This was a very challenging and yet rewarding project that awarded us the “2019 Best Commercial – Television” by the Major Achievements in Marketing and Excellence (MAME) awards!
